Mango Iced Matcha Latte Recipe 🥭

Refreshing and Healthy Mango-Infused Matcha Latte 🥭🧊
Mango season is in full swing in Israel! We should not miss this opportunity and not enjoy this refreshing iced tea. We have prepared this simple recipe for you 🧡

Ingredients:
- Ice
- 1 Mango
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 3 tsp Matcha
- 1 cup + 1 tbsp Hot Water
- 1 cup Plant-Based Milk (e.g., almond, soy, or oat)
- Optional: Frozen Mango and Mint for garnish
 
Instructions:
1. Start by making mango puree. You can use an immersion blender or a knife to make it smooth. Combine the mango puree with maple syrup, and set it aside.
2. In a separate bowl, add 1 tbsp of hot water to the matcha powder. Whisk it vigorously until the matcha becomes smooth. Then, add in 1 cup of hot water, mix thoroughly, and let the matcha chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
3. Take two glasses and add the mango puree to the bottom of each glass. Top each glass with ice, filling them to the top.
4. Carefully pour your choice of plant-based milk into each glass, creating a distinct milk layer.
5. Give the matcha mixture another quick stir and gently pour it over the milk layer in both glasses.
6. If you like, you can garnish your Mango Iced Matcha Latte with optional frozen mango chunks and a sprig of mint.
