Take a Break is a healthy dessert studio where you can indulge in delicious treats without sacrificing your health. We use only the highest quality natural ingredients that are free of artificial preservatives, lactose, white sugar and gluten (our kitchen is  not gluten free).

One of our main principles is to take the time it takes to make sure every dessert is perfect. Each dessert is carefully crafted to achieve the perfect taste and texture, and the minimum time it takes to make one of our desserts is eight hours. Therefore, if you want to order something special, please do so in advance (at least 2 days in advance)

However, if you don't want to wait to enjoy our delicious desserts, you can choose from our IN STOCK section. We always have a stock of our most popular desserts ready for immediate dispatch to satisfy your sweet tooth at any time.
