The collection contains 12 simple breakfast recipes, many of which can be complemented with each other or varied to suit your taste.

I make all my recipes from whole plant ingredients.

I use gluten free oatmeal and flour instead of regular flour as it is better for my digestion.

I chose 4 main ingredients that can be found in any store at any time of the year: oatmeal, flax seeds, chia seeds and banana, and also added one green buckwheat recipe because I really like it.
